We are skeptical of predefined criteria. We seek investments that meet the defined investment return objectives, allow scalability and replication through redundant and repetitive operations.

Due to the high-risk profile of our investments, we appeal to those operations in which, once tested the initial thesis, the value generation formula can be repeated.

Investment Criteria.

Investment Type.

We invest in companies or assets with a vision for reappraisal in the short and medium-term, with divestment terms or cashflow generation that allow to reach the investment return adjusted to risk.

Operation Size.

We seek companies or assets with an opportunity for capital deployment of $5 to $20 million dollars, and a clear business case that grants an investment recovery horizon of 18 to 24 months. The size of the investment can increase by co-investing with institutional investors.

Objective Industries.

All sectors, with no skepticism when analyzing opportunities. If the business case achieves the objective investment return, we will search our network for the advisors and knowledge needed to fully understand the business, to suitably consider and analyze the opportunity.

Execution Accuracy.

We have a simple, fast, and structured decision-making process that offers a clear answer during the execution phase of every transaction. Through internal processes and external due diligence, we conduct a rigorous analysis of the sector, its competitive dynamics, and a deep analysis of the business plan.

Risk Protection.

Our process holds three major filters for the investment projects to be considered. The first filter consists of the presentation of the best opportunities on behalf of the investment team to a double Investment Committee, prior to authorizing the execution and deployment of capital.  The Investment Committees consist of one internal Committee, formed by the Management Team, and the other Committee is formed by professional legal top tier firms internationally renowned, complying with vigilance duties and veto power to issue a binding recommendation over the investment execution.
